Dear Parent or Guardian:


We are pleased to inform you that Planada Elementary School District will continue participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2022-2023 School Year. Planada Elementary School District today announced an amendment to its policy for serving meals to students under the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)  for the 2022-23 school year. All students enrolled in the ASSETS Program will be served supper at no charge at the following sites:

Planada Elementary School

  • School Breakfast Program (SBP)
  • National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
  • Fresh fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP)
  • Supper Program ( ASSETS)
  • Afterschool Meal Supplement (AMS)

Cesar E. Chavez Middle School

  • School Breakfast Program (SBP)
  • National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
  • Supper Program ( ASSETS)
  • Afterschool Meal Supplement (AMS)

Schools that participate in the CEP are able to provide healthy breakfasts and lunches each day at no charge for all students enrolled in that CEP school during the 2022-23 School Year.
